5-channel Micro Receiver w/ Fail Safe
The TQi 2.4GHz micro receiver fits easily into any vehicle, and features dual channel-1 outputs for easy installation in vehicles with dual steering servos—no Y-harness necessary! The integrated LINK button makes it fast and easy to bind the receiver, and the two-color LED indicates power-on and bind status for fool-proof control and convenience. Traxxas Link Model Memory allows the receiver to recognize up to thirty TQi 2.4Ghz Traxxas Link enabled transmitters—just switch on and drive. In the event of signal loss due to an accidental switch-off or depleted batteries, the receiver will automatically return the throttle to neutral and hold the last commanded steering position. The Fail Safe programming is built-in and does not need to be set or activated. Three telemetry ports are incorporated in the 5-channel receiver to allow real-time data to be transmitted from your Traxxas model to the TQi transmitter.

High Performance Modular Chassis
The all-new high-tech 4-Tec 2.0 VXL chassis keeps weight positioned as low as possible for a crisp, responsive feel. Three interlocking modules provide unprecedented rigidity and tight tolerances. Not only is the chassis stiffer and more responsive, it’s easy to disassemble.

Smooth Undertray
A completely smooth undertray cuts through the air with reduced aerodynamic drag. The smooth chassis resists snags on uneven pavement and expansion joints. The angled front bumper keeps the chassis’ stance low, while still allowing it to pass over bumps and up driveways with ease.

Adjustable Wheelbase
Lengthen or shorten the wheelbase for the perfect body fit. With slight modification, rear suspension arms can be moved 3 mm in either direction.

Adjustable Body Mounts
Traxxas-exclusive adjustable body mounts (patent pending) allow easy installation of popular 200 mm bodies. Body posts may be shifted forward and backward and side to side to accommodate most pre-drilled mounting holes. A set of fixed body mounts also comes with the vehicle.

Oil-Filled Ultra Shocks™
4-Tec 2.0 VXL rides on oil-filled Ultra Shocks utilizing X-ring technology for a perfect seal and silky-smooth performance. They are fully tunable with a wide range of oils, springs, and pistons. Features include pressure bladders for air/oil separation and spring clips to change the ride height and pre-load. Redesigned shock caps feature hollow balls for better articulation and durability.

Adjustable Battery Hold Down
A quick-release, dual-height battery mount accommodates a wide range of batteries including long format NiMH and LiPo battery packs.

Traxxas High-Current Connectors
Designed to handle high-current applications and funnel maximum power to the electronics, the Traxxas iD High-Current Connector also allows the battery to communicate with optional iD-equipped chargers (sold separately). Traxxas iD chargers automatically configure and optimize the charger settings for a perfect charge every time. Traxxas iD chargers provide the quickest, safest charge for your battery so you can unleash the maximum power and runtime for your Traxxas vehicle.

Molded Wire Retainer
A simple wire clip would look our of place on this futuristic high tech chassis. Traxxas engineers designed a sleek molded wire retainer to keep motor wires secured safely out of the way.

Waterproof Receiver Box
Real world driving requires dealing with the elements. The Traxxas 4-Tec 2.0 VXL comes fully protected with a patented waterproof receiver box. The innovative receiver box keeps the micro receiver dry, even in the worst conditions.

Waterproof Steering Servo
A high-performance chassis needs a powerful steering servo for responsive performance and Traxxas delivers with the 2075 high-torque servo. This waterproof steering servo uses O-ring seals to keep the fun going when things get wet. Waterproof for all-weather action, the 2075 provides 125 oz-in of steering muscle.

Fixed Gear Mesh System
Setting the perfect gear mesh can be a complicated and arduous process. The Traxxas 4-Tec 2.0 VXL eliminates the hassle with its innovative fixed positioning system. Use the convenient chart included in the user manual to select the proper hold for your pinion gear.

Proven Sealed Differentials
The 4-Tec 2.0 features the same sealed, beveled-gear differentials in the front and rear as the ultra-rugged Slash 4X4. Tune the performance by varying the viscosity of the fluid inside.

One-Piece Driveshafts
One-piece steel driveshafts save weight and send power directly to the wheels for lightning quick response times. Extended drive cups allow for maximum articulation and ultimate durability.

Center Driveshaft
A one-piece steel center driveshaft transfers the Velineon's huge power to all four wheels.There are no dogbones to wear and no drive cups to wobble. The shaft runs perfectly straight and with superior rigidity and durability.

Adjustable Steel Turnbuckles
The 4-Tec 2.0 VXL features adjustable steel turnbuckles and steering links for improved tuning options. These brutally tough turnbuckles provide exceptional strength and allow independent camber tuning for all four wheels. Steel steering links allow fine tuning and help resist impacts.

High Performance Suspension Adjustments
The high angle steering option allows your vehicle to rotate further for epic drifting around corners. The high tech suspension also features bosses molded into the arms to adjust droop. Suspension droop is the amount of downward travel on the wheels. Droop adjustment allows the vehicle to be tuned for better stability in the corners.

New Dual-Bellcrank Steering System
Dual steering bellcranks with optimized geometry virtually eliminate bump steer to increase cornering stability. An integrated servo saver mounts securely to the servo to protect the gears from crash damage without compromising steering precision.

Rubber-Sealed Ball Bearings
Precise rubber-sealed bearings offer the ultimate in super low-friction performance and maximum protection in dirty environments.

Hex Hardware
Pro-quality, high-grade, metric hex-drive hardware is used throughout for extra strength, easy maintenance and quick repair. The black-oxide rust-resistant finish provides a high tech look and feel.

Dual Rear Camber Link Mounts
The rear suspension features dual mounting points for the camber links to accommodate different bodies. Use the traditional high mount for standard bodies or the low-profile mount for sleek bodies like the Ford GT.
